LET’S PROTECT EACH OTHER
The current crisis is having an unprecedented impact on the way we work and has made it necessary for us to introduce a number of new hygiene and organisational measures.
As a studio that hosts photo and video production companies, Rouchon Paris takes its responsibilities seriously and has made the health of its staff and clients its number one priority.
To do this right, we have been working with occupational health experts, our industry federation, FICAM and all our staff to introduce a series of measures that will allow you to work with confidence and peace of mind. We have also taken into account recommendations from other organisations such as the AACC, UPC and SYNAM.
It is important to note that each production company is responsible for ensuring that social distancing and other preventative measures are adhered to and that its staff are provided with personal protective equipment where this is not possible.
Rouchon Paris is here to support you before and during your production with a comprehensive plan to ensure your project is a success.
GENERAL ORGANISATION
SCHEDULING AND TIME FRAMES
It is advisable to confirm studio bookings as soon as possible and equipment bookings at least 48 hours in advancefor organisational purposes.
To ensure our staff comply with COVID-19 working hours and organisational planning, it is important to preempt any requirement for overtime (in excess of 12 hours) as accurately as possible.
EQUIPMENT
We guarantee the hygiene of our equipment and any equipment hired from our partners. All lists of equipment must be managed by our staff and no direct delivery of equipment will be accepted in our studios until further notice.
No equipment can be stored in the common areas outside the studio.
REMOTE WORKING
To make remote working easier and limit the number of people in each studio, we are offering different solutions to help studio staff communicate with teleworking clients and manage content validation remotely.
CATERING
To limit the number of people in our studios, outside caterers are prohibited until further notice.
DELIVERIES AND COURIERS
Deliveries and pickups must be made on the same day, directly to or from the studio if it is on the ground floor.
Couriers and delivery drivers for Studio Rouchon must access the building via the delivery entrance located at the rear in rue de la Canelle.
They must wear a mask to enter the building.
CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION
ON OUR PREMISES
All our hygiene and cleaning procedures have been reviewed and improved with our partner Saint-Honoré Cleaning. Our cleaning team will be working non-stop in our studios between 6 am and 7 pm.
All common areas are cleaned between 2 and 5 times a day (depending on how busy we are), paying particular attention to areas of high traffic, toilets and touch points.
All reserved studios are fully cleaned and decontaminated using dry steam (120°) and a virucide (standard EN 14476), taking extra care with touch points (work surfaces, buttons, handles, machines, etc.).
Each studio has its own ventilation system and can be ventilated mechanically.
It is also possible for our cleaning team to clean your studio on request. A virucide is available in each studio.
EQUIPMENT
All our stock equipment is decontaminated every night by nebulization to ensure the safety of technical staff.
We make sure we disinfect this equipment at the end of the shoot. May we remind you that lighting must be taken down by technical staff before you leave the studio.
STYLING AND DECOR
Items used for decor and styling must be delivered and returned the same day.
MODIFIED CATERING
You can eat lunch in the restaurant or in your studio.
Lunch sittings will be offered to limit the number of people in the restaurant.
IN OUR STUDIOS
Disposable and washable cups will be available at water fountains and tea and coffee stations.
Cans and fridges will be disinfected every day with a virucide.
Breakfast and sweet and savoury snack packages will be provided in individual containers on request.
